HEMPMATE ist dein Mate („Kumpel”), der für mehr Balance im Alltag sorgt. Wir sind drei Freunde, die Ende 2017 die HEMPMATE AG in Brunnen, am herrlichen Vierwaldstättersee in der Schweiz, gegründet haben. Seit dem Beginn der Marktöffnung sind wir mit dabei und setzen uns tagtäglich mit Hanf, insbesondere Cannabidiol (CBD) auseinander. Je tiefer wir uns eingearbeitet haben, desto klarer wurde, dass diese viel zu lange vernachlässigte Pflanze endlich auf die grosse Bühne dieser Welt gehört. Dies wird von immer mehr staatlichen Institutionen erkannt und akzeptiert. Wir sind uns sicher, dass dieses einzigartige Naturprodukt das Leben jedes unserer Mates verbessern kann. i bought the cbd oil 5 for dogs to help my dog with kidney disease as per your advertising. always whenever i have a question regarding the product Miss Anita at costumer service refuses to answer . she always answer me by saying we are not hear to give any information regarding product. if i want then i have to look at information on google. i bought product and told her my dog is 4 killos and want to know how to give and how much i give my dog and her answer that she cannot answer me. i feel been cheeted on as the company cannot help clients who bought the product. i even told her if she gives me a number that i can call to discuss the instructions for using product and no answer.. so what do you expect me to say ...

Thank you for your feedback - unfortunately, by law, we cannot give any recommendations on intake and dosage. However, we also found many reports on the use of CBD products in animals in Spanish and English-speaking countries.
You are obviously very angry with us and have published your negative review twice on Trustpilot. We understand your displeasure and would like to point out that you have a 14-day right of return, during which you can return products and receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Unfortunately, there were only 4 hours between your first support enquiry, in which you first reported the non-arrival of your parcel yesterday, and your negative review of our company.
