Perplexing Unprofessional Conduct by the Head of customer experience -
I found it utterly baffling that I had to endure a 1.5-month wait, undergo three separate interviews, only to have the manager at a "luxury furniture" company completely disregard my email when I sought clarification on the outcome.
This behavior strikes me as peculiar and unprecedented, not just from a potential employee's standpoint but also as a prospective customer. It's unusual to encounter such unresponsiveness in an industry known for its attention to detail and customer service.
I would strongly advise against considering a job within this team, and I'd exercise caution when contemplating any purchases from them, given the manager's questionable behavior
