Do not buy from this store - I was scammed
I ordered around 200kr of supplements from Helsebixen. After I had ordered an paid for my items, I got an email saying that one of the items was not in stock.
I thought this was strange, considering it was in stock when I paid. But that was not a big deal for me.
What was a big deal for me was that after getting a notification that the package was delivered, I contacted helsebixen saying that the package was never delivered, and they said that there was nothing they could do.
So. I am down 200kr and have not received any products.
There are plenty of good reviews for this website so I am quite confident that my experience was an outlier. But I feel like I have been ripped off, and there’s nothing I can do about it.

I am sorry that your package did not arrive as expected.
Your package was supposed to be delivered on June 21st, and we hear from you on July 9th that your package has not been delivered.
As more than 5 days have passed since delivery, it is very difficult for us to investigate the matter.
However, we have found a solution together. We send a new package to the nearest pickup point instead.
I apologize for the experience many times, but I hope that the solution can make up for the experience a bit.

Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service. I was in dire need of a tens machine.. I ordered it 5 am in the morning and received is 2:45 am the next day soooo relieved! I was kn shock dao delivered that time of the day. Will order from here from now on

I’ve been waiting for my package for…
I’ve been waiting for my package for two and a half week, and it’s still not in stock yet… even tho when I ordered it, it was in stock!? I keep getting a mail that it’s delayed, and they might send it this and this date but they haven’t…. And it’s only one item.
I’m definitely not gonna order from here again, might just pay the 30kr ekstra somewhere else and actually get what I order

I am truly sorry for the delivery problems the continuing delay of the delivery of the product.
Having said that, you can always see the stock status of an item before ordering, by clicking all the way into the product. It is listed right below where you have the option to add the product to the basket. At the same time, it is also possible to see in the shopping basket under the product itself.
