Lovely customer service and a large variety of quality products. The stores are comfortable to be in. Love their shopping baskets too. Only downside is that some products get sold out so soon.

It is now nearly 2 weeks, 13 days, since I placed my order. it makes no sense since any delivery from anywhere in DK would less than a day. If I ordered something You don't have in stock, U should inform me with the option of cancelling.

Delivery experience
The delivery experience with Helsam was poor. My order was delayed far beyond the expected delivery time, and I received little to no useful communication about the delay. Customer service was slow to respond and did not provide clear answers.
The products themselves are acceptable, but the delivery process and customer support need serious improvement. This experience was frustrating and not what I expect from a company like Helsam.
