Help me choose was very much on the ball. I will use them again

Service, explanations great, saved us money with more services provided

Andrea was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

I would be very careful, I may or may not give this service a great wrap, as I was given wrong information, and changed medical providers, to be than informed that I wasn't covered for private hospitals were I lived.
Not happy that I wasted my time, to than go back to the provider I was with in the first place. If I was given some compensation of a $50 gift card I might be a little bit happier as I am now out of pocket, have to wait to receive new card to be able to access something I already had.
Consultants and supervision may need further training to provide better customer service to future customers

I cal;led to check if you handled pet insurance, and discovered you did not. I spoke to Stansch, who was extremely helpful who suggested we check if our current health insurance provider was getting us the best deal. as it turned out there was a better deal available with NIB, so we changed.
A very easy process, just as we like it.

IT IS A GO SERVICE BUT WHEN I RANG TO GET HOSPITAL BENEFITS I WAS NOT TOLD JUST HOW MUCH THE LOADING WAS.TURNED OUT TO MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE THAN I FIRST THOUGH.
