Ordered a part on 23 March and despite chasing and promises delivery date moved back and back and finally maybe Tuesday or Wednesday next week I.e over 2 weeks.

This seems to be a theme and despite what they say about supplying major teams this sort of service makes me wonder how the quality of their parts may have dropped?

Amazing products and a slick, well designed website.
They let themselves down at the.point of order for me.
4 fittings and a 2m length of hose were ordered and paid for with a£9 fee for 48 hour delivery. Just what you want when a customer car is jamming up the garage.
Several days in, no order update and a phone call to HEL direct revealed all items were held in stock.
From point of order to delivery took 12 days. Fairly poor when the company is only about 120 miles away from me
Reliable product....yes
Reliable service.....not for me.
I will have to consider alternative products next time as ordering direct from HEL wasn't a positive experience for me

I'm a Brit living in Poland for past few years. I recently ordered a new oil cooler for my 1998 Suzuki Bandit 600 on the 9th of February and today the parcel arrived - 26/02 - two weeks later. I enquired with the official WhatsApp contact number and also Gary via the official email contact from their website and wow, what amazing service I have received.

I already have HEL braided lines on my Bandit and this Oil Cooler will be a wonderful addition to my bike after recently completing a full rebuild of the entire bike.

I would just like to add, if you look through reviews on here, just ignore the ENTITLEMENT of those people. They have no idea of the reality on waiting for an order to go from the UK and then across Europe.

Good things come to those who wait and let me tell you, good things have arrived today. What amazing quality this Oil Cooler is!

Will happily be purchasing HEL products again the future. Can't wait to stick the stickers on my bike.

Rang and spoke to Gary about a custom rear brake hose for my R1M. He quickly established that I had zero knowledge, so suggested sending the original, with instructions to replicate it, but with the specific changes I required. I did that. From when my hose arrived to when Gary rang to say it was ready, was less than 24 hours! Wow! Price was good and arrived within 48 hours. Fantastic quality and made to my exact specification. Can't speak highly enough about them.

Purchased an R32 GTR turbo lines kit. Firstly said it was in stock but took weeks to arrive.
When it did the hardpipe kit had a rough cut and metal shavings in it. This hardpipe kit also didnt fit correctly and stopped the intake going back on. The replacement sent was a completely different shape.
The braided lines the connectors were to long which made fitting them difficult. A poor kit and not worth the money.

Fantastic sales and after sales support. Ultra impressed with my new R1 brake lines. When I ordered at the bike show they said delivery in 2/3 weeks. The order arrived 3 days later! Can’t fault them at all!

Bought a front master cylinder for a bike project from HEL via the website. Heard nothing apart from a email reciept. Call HEL and spoke to a guy Steve who told I would recieve the next day via DHL which did happen.
Quality bit of kit but sadly the bike project didn't happen so I asked HEL via a phone call if I could return for a refund (under a month and not used) which they said yes.
The same day the item was received by HEL I received a Paypal refund for the whole amount less my return postage.

I ordered about a week ago,i didn't get any sign about the package and they don't answer.I don't recommend

Ordered some custom make brake lines, absolutely spot on ordered on the Saturday arrived Tuesday!

I ordered 2 braided brake lines for my R1, website said 1-3 business days delivery. It took 3 weeks to get here, customer service on the WhatsApp number is terrible, they literally DO NOT answer me, just leave me on read status, and when they did, they said it's not their fault, they've been doing this for 20+years and it never happened. They eventually understood and agreed to send me 1 additional brake line free of charge, it's been 3 more weeks and it still hasn't arrived, and yet again, they DO NOT reply to any messages or emails. Terrible. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! There are plenty other options out there with better product quality and customer service! I'm considering filing a police report, from what I've read in other revews, they always do this, lie about delivery, never reply or are rude.

The website is misleading with the tracking, when this 1st happened to me, you said I was the first one, now I see it's a regular thing here, so, change website details, thats a first. Secondly, you can start making things right by answering my messages on WhatsApp. As I can see, you did not address this issue in my review with your reply, I wonder why.

I spoke with Steve the technical advisor at Hel Performance as I had an issue with a brake master cylinder. After our initial conversation I found the item had a fault. Steve was great on the phone and told me to send the item back to them. I didn’t this and was promptly sent a replacement. I find them to be very professional and courteous. I had also had email exchange with a lady named Nicole and found her to have the same level of professionalism. I’m very grateful for their service and would definitely use them again.

They seem to reply to their customer's emails only when you want to purchase something substantial. I sent them an email asking for help choosing a correct washer size for a set of lines I bought from them. They never replied back and straightly ignored my messages. The lines are great but this leaves a bitter taste. Next lines won't be from them for sure and that's a shame. They should learn to value their customers.

Plenty of people making high end brake lines but HEL matched a top quality product at a sensible price with unbeatable customer service. HEL couldn’t do enough to help me when I found myself needing a custom built brake line ASAP. Special shout out to Ollie who really did go the extra mile.

I have a set of the HEL V1 calipers for a motorbike..they are very good
But I managed to lose a brake pin and grub screw cover...HEL sent me out a replacement and spare free of charge.... excellent service

Ordered 4 red custom brake lines for my off roader… didn’t have my colour in stock gave me other options but I was happy to wait, good customer service and a speedy delivery couldn’t be happier

Best customer service ever! The customer service representative was very nice, clear and I got answers quickly to emails.

A direct product could not be found for my motorcycle, but we were able to resolve the matter through cooperation.

Absolute pleasure working with these guys couldn’t help me enough with my project, phone calls, fittings etc, always had the time expertise to help.
