Honestly

Honestly, I was a bit nervous booking with Help Me Park because airport parking can be so hit or miss. But they were fantastic! The booking process was simple, and the confirmation email had all the details I needed. When I arrived, the shuttle was waiting and the driver was really friendly and helpful with my bags. On the return, my flight was delayed by an hour, but a quick call to the number provided and they assured me it was no problem. The car was exactly where they said it would be, clean and ready to go. Will 100% use them again. Total peace of mind

Almost made me miss my flight!

Early start so wanted time-saving convenience of drop-off valet parking. Nearly missed the flight! Took over 38 minutes to have car collected. During that time repeatedly told : "the driver is on his way! 5 minutes". At one point, when I said I had a plane to catch, the reply was: "everyone has a plane to catch!" Eventually decided to leave the car and pay the short-stay on my return - finally the man came. Collection was good - but totally defeated the objective. NEVER again!

Late Delivery of Car

Drop Off: No problems at all. Good instructions etc.
Return: Called to say I had arrived back (exactly at the time I stated to them). I was told the car would be 20-25 minutes and they would call me. After 45 minutes the car (and no call) the car was delivered to me.
I have booked 'meet and greet' many times with various companies at several different airports. This Gatwick experience I rate as poor.

Waited over an hour on return

I paid for the convenience of using Help me Park at Gatwick recently which was more expensive than the long term parking at the South terminal but I thought was worth the money as we were arriving from an overnight flight and would be keen to set off back home as soon as possible. We landed at 8.35 am and the company sent me a text at 9am to say we should contact them to arrange collection. Despite repeated calls they were unable to bring the car until 1020 am and offered no reasonable explanation or compensation. Will not use again.

Make sure you check the condition of…Beware bad Customer Service

Make sure you check the condition of your car on return from holiday, I did not and was not asked to by the driver nor was I asked to sign any paper work, which is one of their terms and conditions. This was to my cost as my car has been damaged and despite numerous emails and phone calls to their office I have yet to have either a response or an apology. Absolutely appalled at such service. This company was recommended by a friend who had not used them for some time. She is also appalled. Put a complete damper on my holiday experience.

Absolutely shocking service!!!

We booked Help Me Park through looking4parking and really wished we had seen these reviews.

Currently on our way home after waiting over an hour for our car In the freezing cold with 3 children. Initially told to call when we have our bags, was given a call back 20 mins later to say the driver would be there in 5-7mins, after getting close to 45mins total waiting time we called again to be told there was a problem with our car battery and it had only left 2mins ago!

When driver finally arrived he knew nothing about a problem with the car, he said it had only taken 8mins to get the car and drive to us!

We had travelled with 3 other family members who all used the same company and all had to wait longer than 30mins to get their car.

Used this company recently at Gatwick North, was initially really concerned after reading the negative reviews, but to our pleasant surprise, the service (both on departure and arrival) is punctual and efficient. The driver in both cases arrived 20 minutes after my call. I am overall very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use them again.

Wait & Wait - hardly Meet & Greet

Discourteous, don't answer the phone - a far cry from the company they were a few years ago. A sad demise since the company has been taken over by these cowboys. I was kept waiting for ONE HOUR on my return from holiday - it was midnight and raining. Initially I was told my car was on its' way & after phone calls at 20 mins, and thereafter every 5 or 10 minutes I kept getting the same story. Then they told me the car had been returned!! They had not a clue what was going on. They kept asking my reg no, what car it was, and so it went on. As you can imagine, I was worried about ever seeing my car again. They are not cheap. They do not deserve a one star more like a minus 10 stars. Do not touch them with a barge pole.They deserve to go out of business. Obviously they have not responded to my email of complaint nor do they answer the phone when I call. You have been warned!

Came back yesterday

Came back yesterday, rang them as stated, I was told they were very busy and had to wait 30 - 40mts, they said they would ring when they are on their way, no call, I rang back after 40mts to be told it will be another 10-15mts, they rang me after 10mts to say they were on their way, waited outside In the freezing cold for another 10mts before they arrived, this was 2 in the morning! I am a frequent flyer and use meet and greet all the time and never experienced anything like it, I will not be using this company again. I would advise to pay extra for a good company.

Disappointing

Disappointing. Have used this service many times. Help me Park have clearly changed management and unfortunately it has not made things better. The last two times we have used them, they didn't have our booking and then we had to wait for ages for our car to be collected. No apologies from the staff on the phone either.

Wait and late

Meet and greet should be renamed wait and late.
Absolutely appalling 30 mins late for pick up which then made us rush around and on returning 55 min wait for return of car do not use this useless cowboy outfit.
Not worth the one star I put down honestly.

Not worth one star

Not worth one star. Waited nearly an hour in the rain and nearly missed our flight out. Waited an hour and a half when we got back. Finally they sent a bus to drive us to our car. No apologies, no refund or compensation offered. Terrible experience. Never again.

Booked via Parking4you

Booked via Parking4you. ABC is the same as Help Me Park. Phoned 20 mins away and car was picked up within minutes. On the way back today phoned when we landed, as we had handuggage only. Car was waiting.

Shocking company

These people left us waiting for an hour at roadside with 2 small children after ringing them to return our car. We phoned over 20 times to find out what was going on and they either didn't answer or gave excuses of another 5 minutes. When car finally arrived it had a large scratch down left side. I wrote an complained over a month ago in line with their money back guarantee they are ignoring my calls and not responding to complaint. Legal action clearly required. I don't even want to give 1 star.

There service is not good as I waited…

There service is not good as I waited 30 min on my way in and 30 min on my way out to get it picked up and dropped off. They do not have a good operation and all other company in Gatwick are faster as it's what yoj request from their service.

Rubbish all round

called to make aware of arrival, no one there. called again, got through after a few attempts and they say "you didn't call"! Eventually sent someone after half an hour. on the way back had to phone up twice again. when the car came the guy said there was going to be another charge, which I refused to pay and just took the car. Truly rubbish!
