Bad businessmodel!
I received as a 60th birthday gift two tickets to the football match between Hamburg SV and Wolfsburg on October 25th, 2025, which my brother had purchased through Hellotickets. It was supposed to be a great experience, and my brother paid a high price for the tickets to surprise me.
We drove all the way from Copenhagen to Hamburg to watch the match and were both really excited, but when we tried to enter the stadium, it turned out that the tickets sent by Hellotickets were not valid. We were later informed that the tickets had indeed been reserved, but never paid for by Hellotickets to the event organizer. Therefore, they had never been properly issued.
The result: We were denied entry with the tickets from Hellotickets and had no way of getting into the match. To salvage at least a small part of the experience we had been looking forward to, we ended up buying completely new tickets from HSV’s ticket machines at the stadium. An extra expense on top of an already long trip – all because Hellotickets failed to deliver valid tickets.
We have contacted Hellotickets, provided all necessary information, and received their usual very brief message saying that they are “investigating the case.” Since then, we have heard nothing, and quite some time has passed.
And just to be clear: Hellotickets, please do not reply with your standard message claiming that you “cannot find our purchase” or asking us to “contact you,” because we ALREADY have – several times – without receiving any solution to what we consider theft.
MY CLEAR RECOMMENDATION: BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS WHEN DEALING WITH HELLOTICKETS. OUR EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN BOTH COSTLY, FRUSTRATING, AND DEEPLY DISAPPOINTING.

Excellent customer service
I booked tickets for this show and couldn't add them to my Google wallet. I had read on another site that only tickets bought from Radio City would be valid. I contacted hello tickets who responded immediately and put my mind at ease. On the day of the show I had no problems entering Radio City and the show was wonderful.

I was very lucky
I was very lucky. Got a ticket way cheaper than the original price and my place was located in very good area. The only thing that stressed me a lot is the fact that i got my ticket 5h hours before the concert and that was because i sent an e-mail to Hallo Tickets reminding about my ticket and then they sent my it quickly. I was also anxious that the ticket could be fake or already checked but it wasn’t and everything went perfect!!

Worried for nothing.
Im not a fan of resale sites but we were in New York and wanted to see the rangers, was panicking a bit as the tickets weren't released until the week before the event. But we got the seats we booked and had no problems!!
