I bought my daughter the enhanced lily gingham halter mini dress blue. £90.95. Quality was absolutely shocking, I’ve had better off Temu. It looked horrendous on, had extra material at the front. The worst thing, when I went to return, it’s cost me £15 to send back and get a refund. No other option. Shocking website, shocking quality, will never purchase from this site again!!!!!!!!!!

This website is an absolute SCAM! Don't buy anything. The dresses are £80, a cheap material, out of shape, thread everywhere. I was charged for a refund, recieved £60 back. DO NOT USE. I am normally careful, disappointed I didn't read the reviews, any good reviews have to be fakes.

I had a wonderful experience with one of the Customer Care Specialists at Hello Molly! Lisa was extremely prompt in replying to my questions on a return I had to make. Lisa was also kind and understanding to my situation regarding a bridesmaid dress return. Overall, Lisa made the experience extremely smooth!

Unfortunately I have been stung in the same manner as most other reviews. First time order, really terrible product item. As others have said the quality from Shein is better. People think they are ordering from a premium website (with premium prices) and it truly is not this. Then the £15 return fee, this is not standard practice in the UK at all but they are obviously aware their products are such poor quality that returns are inevitable and they need to keep the lights on some how

I ordered a dress from HM and it was gorgeous but unfortunately arrived damaged, I was so impressed with the customer service I received from Tanya. I emailed HM stating the damage and she responded within 24 hours with some great options to make it right! I will definitely be a return customer.

Ordered two dresses, love one of them but returned the other. €25 for returns is scandalous when the dress costs €160 and €10 for quick shipping as I have an event. My main issue is both the dresses arrived extremely creased and I’m now forking over another €30 to get it steamed before I can wear it making the overall cost of the dress too much. Makes me think they’ve been sitting in bags for months on end. The quality is good and seems durable which I would hope with the price being what it is.

Brilliant customer service , l had to return 3 dresses and was worried because it was such a lot of money but they responded quickly and Tanya was super helpful .

I ordered a few dresses and they were all gorgeous, not exactly what I was looking for, but really good quality, gorgeous dresses. I made a return and had a few issues with the courier (not Hello Molly's fault) on getting the dresses sent back, but Lisa from customer care was amazing and so helpful. I'd definitely recommend and use again in the future

This was my first time shopping with Hello Molly and was unaware with the return policy. I had emailed the team and Steph was the one who helped with my request. TERRIBLE dress quality , for the price I was extremely disappointed ! The dress I ordered came a different shade of colour to the photograph and also the quality was so poor it was like a table cloth! I returned it immediately to be charged a £15 fee which is taken off my refund!!!! Never shopping from here again. Disgusted

While The dresses look lovely the quality varies drastically. One dress was a perfect fit but i didnt like the style, so i returned and ordered another. The next wouldnt even do up despite being the same size on the label and the fabric was almost so thin you could see through it.
The returns system is outragious. Charging for what is essentially an exchange to store credit originally £5 to swap dresses and then when i wanted a refund because their sizing isnt accurate it's £15 for a return. I've just wasted £20 on dresses i dont own and its absurd. If you're having an issue with returns being worn, do something like house of CB with the ribbon on the length of the dress like a loop.
