Information provided by various external sources

Helixxmine is an Altcoin and Bitcoin mining and hardware sales company who has opened it’s doors to the general public. Offering profitable cloud mining to everyone! The Helixxmine family live and breathe Cryptocurrency! Our team consists of Cryptocurrency miners, traders, developers and just general enthusiasts with over five years of hands-on experience. Why does Helixxmine.com exist? Simple answer really! Our mining facility receives constant requests from people wishing to invest in hashpower. After much deliberation, the decision was made to open our doors and create a portal for everyone who wanted to mine but either had no knowledge of how to do it or simply couldn’t house nor handle the machinery. This led to the birth of Helixxmine.com. We believe wholeheartedly that Cryptocurrency will dominate all currencies in the future. Our goal is straightforward: grow this industry! 2018 will see the inclusion of Helixxpay – our very own wallet and exchange platform, and Helixxcoin – our ICO and the start of the company expansion. At Helixxmine we understand (better than most) the risks and pitfalls in the Altcoin and Bitcoin world. Having worked in this industry for so long we have encountered our fair share of unscrupulous individuals looking to cheat people out of their hard earned money. This is why we aim to be as transparent as possible and promote open conversation. All of our staff including directors are happy to talk to you via email, telephone, Skype or even over a coffee should you wish. Our mining facility is based in South East Asia. We have offices in Thailand and Indonesia who take care of our Asia Pacific clientele as well as a registered company in the United Kingdom who deals with our European clients. The mining facility itself is ever expanding and 2018 will see the addition of solar power as well as a co-generation powered farm. We strongly believe in doing our bit for the environment.

Stealing and lies.

Please do not do business with this company. They promise you that the moon and then lie to you and steal your money. They start out by asking you to make a deposit and then you can watch your account grow and grow in leaps and bounds. Then they want you to withdraw your profits. This is when the fees begin. Withdrawal fees, tax fees, processing fees. You pay these fees expecting to withdraw your profits and guess what happens next? There are problems depositing your profits into your bank account. Then they tell you that they forgot more fees that you need to pay and it goes on and on, there is no end to the lies. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!

Global Helix Trading scam alert…

Global Helix Trading promises a profit but all they do is continually ask for charges and fees and even repeats the same fees and never give any profit. Total scam to steal from investors with fake fees. I dealt with continuous fees for over two years before reporting them to the FBI fraud team.

Agree with others. Scam.

Like many others here. Went in small in many contracts. Could withdraw in beginning. Now been months and 0 return, can't withdraw. They blame "auditors don't let us process withdrawals". Upload your I'd and you can. I did 2 months ago.
No auditor would stop revenues adding up on my account. Maybe they would process wds after kyc is ok. But 3 months?
Scam alert.

Do not invest. You will lose your investment

I rarely would go through the trouble of writing a review but in this case I still see people saying it is legitimate. The positive reviews from 3-4 months ago would be true. At the beginning they pay a small amount, and the percentages that claim slate genuine, so it seems legitimate. Then as you invest more or from about 1 or 2 months ago they stop. 80% of my contracts have gone to 0 production. The existing mined balance can’t be taken our or transferred because they randomly change the thresholds for withdrawal or transfer. There is an “optional” to change the contracts to more productive ones but this is a 20 dollar charge per contract. If you have multiple contracts at different rates then the cost out ways the money you would make.

These numbers and limits change month by month so they seem to always be above your balance.

If you do have the right balance to withdraw they say there is an error and transfer the amount to the pre ICO helix coin contract which is worthless.

After I posted this review I was contacted to say they comply with the terms and conditions which basically say they can change anything at at any time. Does that sound like a stable investment?

Only at the very beginning did I receive money from this service basically as a ploy for you to invest more. If anything. changes I would happily post another review but currently you will not make money from this.

I like these guys

I like these guys, they do everything to survive and pay to their investors. If they paid in the fall when the crypto market fell, then they would pay now. late, but will pay. if someone is such a fool and does not understand it, then you should not invest at all. and those who do not like that KYC, thing, seems for them, there is obviously something to hide, probably themselves are fraudsters.

For me its not a problem wait a little for withdraw while my contract earn money for me!

Guys, you rock! Finger cross!

Stay away!

Stay away! They are either scammers or are having financial problems right now. What started off as a good cloud mining site is now one of the most annoying websites I've had to deal with.

They are constantly making changes to their website to make it harder for you to withdraw your money.

1. First they lie on their website and say the minimum to withdraw is $5 and when you register you notice the minimum is actually $50. A few weeks later they bring it to $250 to make it impossible for people with cheaper contracts to withdraw their money. After many complaints they finally bring it down to $100. Inconsistency! From $5 to 50 to $250 to $100 within only 2 months

2. Then they set a new minimum to block you from transferring your earnings from one contract to another again trying to make it harder for you to reach the minimum to withdraw.

3. And finally the WORST thing they've done so far. They now force you to Upload your Government ID, a personal Selfie, and Utility Bills to confirm your address. So they now hold your money hostage until you give documents that invade your privacy and could lead to possible identity fraud. (You should not have to provide ID unless you are withdrawing to a Fiat currency.)

They do all this without ever notifying you once by email about the changes they are making. And when you send them emails to question them on it, you get no response. Just stay away from these people.

I hope a lawyer sees my review and files a lawsuit against them. They don't even follow their own terms of service and they should be called out on that.

I had some little friction regarding their stability but I think I believe them most other than other cloud mining such as hashflare. I hope I will get my earnings and withdrawals after contract expires, sorry for what happened in past. It's new beginning between us.

Highly recommend.

I was a little skeptical at investing with another cloud mining company after I lost quite a bit with Genesis Mining but I decided to roll the dice with Helixxmine and so far I have not been disappointed. I bought a BTC and BCH contract in September 2018 and they have now both returned profit thanks to the market fighting back. Granted all crypto companies went through a rough patch recently but these guys weathered the storm and now the industry is making a comeback so I will definitely be buying more contracts!
