HELIUM10 never lets you CANCEL your SUBSCRIPTION. A huge and notorious SCAMMING ORGANISATION.

Here is the story: I started my subscription with the highest plan, and added a second user with another email address, WITHIN THE SAME PLAN. Then, I just wanted to cancel my subscription. But they charged me for one more month around $300! I reached out to them and they said "We cannot refund but we delete your card from the system, you won't be charged next month", which did not happen. They charged me another $ 300 on the next month! When I reached them again, they bluntly answered "There were two users, so we cancelled only one user, so the other user's subscription continued"... Can you imagine how professionally they rob you! Complete scam. However useful is not an issue, the main point should be customer satisfaction, let alone robbing the customers. And I see that I am not alone as all of the 1-star reviews are at the same point!

HELIUM 10 is a scammer organization!

Big thieves. Be careful. Once you enter your credit card, you can't exit again. Until you cancel your card. They charged 2x 279 USD for 2 months in a row and I haven't received a refund for two months. I will have to cancel my card last. If you open an account with the same card with different usernames, you have to cancel each one separately.
Me: will you charge me again on 10th august without asking me.

Helium10 is excellent in consideration and respect for a small company like us.

H10 was providing me with prompt response and suggestion to fix my concerns after I emailed them. As long as you provided your details like screenshot, etc, I believe they would respond you swiftly.

i order the trial and then they won't allow you to cancel, I had to cancel my credit card and contacted my bank for my refund, they don't have no phone contact, you are routed to a computer for response and even when you email and text them to stop debiting my account they did not, they are indeed crooks and thieves. There program is useless and hard to use, Please dont accept a trial from them they wont stop billing your credit card. they are thieves, they are crooks. they are also very arrogant and act like you owe them something. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau, the internet scam agency and im writing them a bad review every day until they change there behaviors. They are crooks, they are thieves they just want your card to continue billing your account. They are Horrible people. I would give them a zero but this platform wont allow me too

Do not by any means sign up to these THIEVES!!!!..didn't want to renew I asked for a refund and told them it was the last bit of money to feed my children they told me I could only have credit, well credits wont feed my children. They have done this to me before but now I realise that the company is desperate and they are complete thieves. Customer support are puppets hiding behind the computer screens. Cancelling the subscription is like trying to get rid of an annoying friend I had to confirm around 4 times before it was actually confirmed and then they want to ask why. I came to a point where I HAD to say they done something right or else I couldn't continue which I thought was bizarre. AVOID like a PLAGUE, OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!

I recently subscribed to Helium 10 but soon realized that I didn't need it at the moment. When I reached out to their support team to request a refund, they didn't ask any questions and promptly started the refund process. I am incredibly satisfied with their efficient and customer-focused service. The ease and speed with which they handled my request have truly impressed me. Highly recommend their service!

A Complete scam! They don't want to refund my money and they charged me one day before the billing day its unbelievable they can get away with it though..

I have been with Helium 10 for 2-3 years. Very happy with them. Their software is amazing and their customer service while not the best, but it's pretty great.

My experience with Helium 10 customer service was completely unacceptable. I requested a refund less than 24 hours from a transaction on my card, which I did not intend to come out as I paused my subscription, (Which was suggested by helium 10, rather than canceling as I should have) for I am not using their services due to Amazon difficulties. Rather than refunding me the money (being that it hadn't even been a full 24 hours and I haven't used any of their services), they tried to offer me credits that I will never use. They are robbing me for my money. Negative 10 stars in my opinion. I have never has a company refuse to refund my money for something I did not use. This is absolutely absurd. I am taking this to my bank and will continue to write bad reviews unless Helium 10 refunds me my money.

Be carefull of this company. I signed up for an account 1 year subscription. I tried to go online to see the information on my plan nothing. No end date. No option to cancel, no emails. Customer services were contacted, and they said I needed to speak with the account manager, who I have no idea who that is. Eventually, I got an email with the information only to be told they were automatically renewing to a 12-month contract. Any company that does not show clear information or enable you to cancel easily should not be trusted. The software is actually not that bad, but for this reason, I would not recommend it.

Helium 10 is awesome.
Cant describe how much is helps me looking for, and analizing products on amazon. The amount of information you get from it is absolutely amazing. The training modules and very good as well!!

Stay away, most of the tools you might need are in the Diamond plan as Platinum plan is limited in functionality. They will also use the T&C's at every opportunity to charge you.

John is very friendly and responsive. The first customer support I've met who will tell me he's looking into a solution. He's also knowledgeable. And he uses screenshots to clarify steps for me to follow through makes everything more clear compare to using text only.

Most of the services they provide are redundant with features you can find in Amazon Seller central. If you're trying to do product or keyword discovery, use the Product Opportunity Explorer tool in Seller Central.

You have to be aware of these people they charge you without your knowledge dont link your card into this platform if you try to charge back they flip the coin against you and saying you aggreed when you signed up and also the platform is very bad you will never find a winning product you get high competition products be aware im writing this to safe someone from these scammers

I signed up, and forgot to cancel until I got the email that they were going to bill me. So I said to cancel the payment, and if they processed it I would like a refund. I have emailed back and forth and all they want to do is give me credits for the service I was not using.
