A shop that sends out counterfeit…
A shop that sends out counterfeit products – not the ones advertised on the website. A jacket described on the website as leather was made of 95% polyester and 5% elastane. Furthermore, it differed in appearance (colour, zip, stitching). In response to the complaint, they provide evasive answers, failing to provide the address to which the item should be returned (merely confirming that it is an address in Asia and that the customer bears the cost of postage, which is contrary to their own return policy if the wrong item is delivered). This is a clear attempt to defraud customers and make it as difficult as possible for them to assert their rights. I absolutely do not recommend them! I will report this shop to the police.
