Ordered the torch they sent me one with red and blue on the end phoned up the company spoke to a man. He said just to send it back and you send me the right one out the next thing it had been refunded.

Quality products and quality service. Have been using Heinnie for close to 10 years. Always the place I go to when I'm looking for something built to last.

I ordered a Leatherman Tool Pouch from Heinnie Haynes, and the communication and delivery were first class. I was notified by the courier of when I would receive my parcel, and it arrived on time.

The pouch was well packed, and I couldn't be happier.

I have only ordered from Heinnie Haynes 5 or 6 times but each time the delivery is fast (within 2 days, usually next day) and the item arrives in perfect condition. Their delivery service is legendary! I wasn't sure and then my first parcel arrived. Yes, fast delivery and delivered in perfect condition. I too was impressed!

I have my HH parcels delivered to my local corner shop so I can collect it when I'm on my way home from work. I have nowhere to leave it at home, not safely. I need to produce photo ID and tell them a collection number. Job done, home with my parcel 3 minutes later. It's safe and easy and they do ID check, which I love.
My order comes in a box that's unrelated to what I've bought but has been reused by HH for me to recycle. That's great! It shows they are enviromrntally aware as a company. The package also has a warning of sharp edges inside. Heinne Haynes is a responsible retailer!

I love almost everything they sell so I know my HH journey has just begun. As a relative newbie, if I'm not sure about the gear or undecided between what is best to choose, I can simply call them and ask their advice! This is a service you have to admire. How lovely it is to just call up the very people that both test and use the things they sell. You can't say this about many stores.

What I'm telling you raises the prices slightly but I'm telling you it's more than worth the service from Heinnie Haynes.

I'm a knide person so just for us lot... Knives are sold at times within days of hitting American shelves but get this - HH sell special knives and also (what excites me most) they do collabs with knife makers and bring well-known knives in a legal size that don't lock, for British carry! That's the last thing I love about Heinnie Haynes. I really appreciate the effort they put into everything!

Ordering was painless as was order tracking but delivery was delayed due to courier. In my experience, DHL aren’t a reliable courier.
