Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service. After placing an order Royal Mail sent my order to the wrong depot. I emailed the company after a few days of no tracking updates. I didnt receive a response so I contacted Royal Mail directly who had no idea where the package was as there was no scans since it went to the wrong depot and advised me to contact Heidi Feathers to ask them to re order. I again contact Heidi Feathers who were of no help at all. As I needed this for a course which would now miss the date. They advised me to buy elsewhere and refuse the delivery when it arrived then when it was returned back to them they would refund me. The order was lost so it would never get to me so how would I receive a refund!!! They didnt offer to chase the delivery or resend on a next day delivery. I have no idea at the moment how I'm going to get my refund. I would NOT recommend this company 😐

Very uncommunicative!

So disappointed. Ordered 20 or so felting needles for a new project and the wool to go with it. Totaled around £35 with the wool being £10 of that. Parcel arrived yesterday with needles but no wool. Emailed them immediately. No response, so I emailed again first thing today with a photo of the parcel & weight which proves only needles could've been sent. No response again for the second day running. I don't have money to waste on items not received and am disgusted I've been ignored. I'll shop elsewhere for my needle felting goods in future!!!

Excellent products Love my 30Needle Bundle vert sharp and strong
My foam mat is great and nice to work on
