I ordered 3 pair of shoes from Heels.com, however they only shipped 2 but charged my account for all 3. When trying to contact them via phone a recording stating they are busy servining customers plays, press 2 to leave a message and the voice mail is full. I've called and emailed them several times with no response. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
I ordered the Qupid Quincy Black Nubuck Pu, I received the shoes in fast shipping and they are beautiful and look great on. I ordered a half size bigger, and I was going to use Dr.Scholls foot cushion in case it was a little big. But they actually fit me very well and very comfortable. I guess Qupid shoes run a little small, I'm very happy I ordered them. I will definitely order from heels.com again.
