I didn't have to wait long for a quote. Friendly and helpful service. Plumber came same day and did good and nice job, exactly what I needed. Did not leave mess, polite and just got on with it. Also, I appreciated that I wasn't charged until after the job was completed. Plumber advised that any problems I could ring them back .

David and the chaps who did the work were good as gold, helpful and clear with what was done. All sorted in less than a week and professionally sorted. Very happy they will also be doing the annual service and follow up.

Heat For Homes recently installed a new bathroom for me in Buckhurst Hill. They boys did a first class job and I can highly recommend Heat For Homes for any Bathroom renovation work.

My boiler has been on the blink for three years and I've been terrified of the disruption and cost of replacing it. The other day, it finally died once and for all, so I contacted Heat for Homes as a neighbour had used them and been happy with the service.

It was 7pm and Dave got back to me really quickly, and organised a visit the next morning to see if the boiler could be repaired, or provide a quote to replace it. Liam and his brother (sorry i did't even ask your name!) arrived the next day, took a quick look and clearly knew exactly what was what, explained the issue to me in clear terms without patronising me.

After this, I decided to go ahead with a replacement, and Dave provided a number of quotes for a full installation service. They ranged in price, and he called me an hour or so later to talk me through the options. He obviously wasn't trying to just sell me the most expensive boiler,and helped me understand the price difference and choose one.

Two days later, the boiler was installed and I am back with hot water and heating, with minial disruption and a really reasonable invoice.

The whole time, I felt like everyone really cared about me, and wanted to help me get back to normal. The service was fast, friendly, considerate, kind, thoughtful - I don't have enough good adjectives really. Glowing, five star review from me!!!

I had Heat for Homes fit my new Vaillant Boiler they provided competitive quote, I went ahead with the work, they provided excellent service and top class work.
David was exceptional running the show; he said what he'd do and did what he said. Great communication and response times. Luke and Mark were fantastic and knowledgeable technicians; the installation went to plan with a couple surprises but was not a problem for then they fix it ! .

Amazing customer service and everything was done to great standards

Had my old boiler changed to a Worcester Bosch. After the work had been done there was a few small bits I felt that were left incomplete but after I discussed this with the manager (David) he was happy to send someone to finish the job. There was a bit of mess left over in the house and the boiler box was left but not sure if this was because they finished in a hurry as it was a weekend. Had my shower fitted as well by Liam and I love it. I recommend this company as they do listen to what you want and give good advice on how to achieve it.

The boiler replacement work was done promptly at just one week notice. The promised pre-installation site visit was not carried out which caused me a bit concern. Fortunately the replacement work seems to have been done properly. However the promised post-installation check has yet to be carried out in spite of repeated reminders.

Engineers arrived within 3 hours of phone call, inspected broken boiler, procured replacement parts and completed the job. An excellent service, and at a very reasonable cost.

David was exceptional running the show; he said what he'd do and did what he said. Great communication and response times. Luke was a personable and knowledgeable technician; the installation went to plan with no surprises.
