Great service, engineer arrived on time, service was efficient and engineer gave good advice with regards to purchasing a new boiler to help with energy efficiency and costs, but was not pushy. Very helpful, and left everything clean and tidy.

Didn't know who to go to when my boiler stopped working but excellent service through Edinburgh Boiler Company, able to attend the next day and Gary the engineer politely, quickly and efficiently sorted the problem.
Sharon in the office was also really helpful.

HeatFix were excellent. Their engineer, Alun, was bang on time, extremely polit and efficient. He explained everything he examined and did and provided useful tips of things to watch out for before our next boiler service.

Extremely pleased with the service that Heatfix provided. The initial call from the girl in the office to arrange the appointment, and who had such a lovely manner, to Darren who carried out my boiler service. It was a much more thorough service compared to others I have had carried out in the past from other companies. Will most definitely use again.

Yearly Gas Check, what could go wrong, right? Lots of things, I reckon; but not this time, no siree. Alun Semple, from HeatFix Scotland, came when he was supposed to, did his magic, there was even time for a little chit-chat about the scorching weather, and life in Scotland, and life in general, I suppose. Nice bloke Alun, will definitely be using HeatFix's services again in a year's time.
