Excellent service. Great advice during purchase process, good after sales and parts and spares readily available.

I bought 2 x Shadow heaters and over time they have both needed new mother boards! The first one was replaced Free of Charge, and the second one was replaced at cost, but after 4 years, that's OK.
Customer Service is brilliant, even with some mix up on parts and repair, whereby the replacement parts were shipped without the repair being done, it was instantly jumped on by Heat Outdoors, with a "Please keep those for spares for the Future" and we will repair your heater and return it to you ASAP.
I was already loving the products and service, but I am now a confirmed customer for life!

The product that I ordered was not quite right for my needs, but the team at Heat Outdoors were excellent at arranging collection my product and then sending me out another heater that met my needs. Special mention to Rachel and Taylor who sets this company above the rest with their excellent customers service 👏 I would strongly recommend using this company if you are in need of any of the products they offer.

A month ago we had dinner outdoors at an excellent local gastro-pub. It was cool evening and my wife felt chilly so the attentive waiters turned on a couple of patio heaters which did a great job for us and our neighbouring table. I noted the manufacturer's label - Heat Outdoors - and the fact that the restaurant had 20 or so of the heaters.

On returning home, I ordered 2 of the heaters - which turned out to be Athena Plus+ models. After all, if they were good enough for a commercial establishment...

The patio heaters arrived very promptly, I think within 2 days. Now I'm not great at DIY but I found the self-assembly pretty easy. We did have a couple of parts - the heat deflectors - which appear to have been dented in transit - but we received replacements without quibble within 48-hours!

We now have a fabulous set of patio heaters which really smarten our patio.

We take the view that how a company responds when issues arise gives a good insight into it. Heat Outdoors have been excellent from the start. We would most heartily recommend them.

Amazing service. Had an issue with a heater I purchased over two years ago that was just out of warranty. Asked a question about replacement parts and a few minutes later received an order confirmation that the part has been dispatched at no cost. They were great when I bought the heater originally and haven’t let that standard slip!

Ordered a patio heater at 1,30pm - it arrived the next day before 10am. Well packed, and as advertised. I cannot fault the service or the product. Lots of choice with videos demonstrating the products - and the differences between them. Glad I ordered from them.

I have been meaning to leave this review for sometime now. I bought a Sherpa patio heater, 2 1/2 years back. I read all the hype about it being corrosion protected and watched videos stating it’s superior quality….. don’t believe a word of it!! You have been warned!
Within the first year the bolts on the neck fell out and the threads were worn. The superior quality cover (as they sold it) ripped on the second year and now on the third year the top to the heater has completely rusted off so the heater is useless. That definitely isn’t corrosion resistant in my books, and yes it was protected by a cover until it ripped last year.
I wouldn’t mind so much if it wasn’t for the fact that at the time I paid almost twice what other suppliers were charging on the basis that it was a better quality product according to their website and the videos they posted.
I will never buy anything from this company again. It’s not often I say this but I was had and totally conned!
I can only guess they are giving these heaters away to companies like ministry of sound so they can use their name on their website.

Even through tough times with Covid running riot through their warehouse staff they were able to provide a second to none service and provide the parts that were required in good time. Truly fantastic from my original telephone approach to the company following excellent reviews in Which. I bought the tabletop outdoor heater on 1 November as a secret Christmas gift for my husband and arranged for an extension lead to be fitted before dispatch. Delivery was very prompt. However, there was a problem when we opened the box on Christmas Day. I had an anxious wait until the company reopened in the new year and was nervous about reporting a fault so long after purchase. Absolutely unwarranted because Ciara was calm and reassuring and arranged both a free DHL collection and a delivery of a replacement product. Excellent result. I will be recommending the company at every opportunity. And to management I would like to say that in Ciara you have a gem, professional at all times and one of the best adverts for your company's future business.

Bought the heater and discovered damage on arrival. Company were very helpful and replaced the heater. New one arrived next day. Amazing service. Heater now working well. Delighted with the purchase.

Due to recent winds my Athena Patio heater was damaged and I had to order a replacement Glass tube. However when the courier delivered it was broken. I have contacted Gracie at Heat Outdoors and she immediately ordered a replacement to no extra cost to me and advised the cost will be claimed to courier …. This was all done by Gracie. 1 day later and replacement arrived in one piece . Gracie took swift action and was very professional throughout the whole process. Not only the service I received but the way it was done as well. I cannot recommend this company higher and o hope they know that she is an asset to the company. Thank you once again for your help with this

Having given a lot of thought about ordering a heater which would fit in with a small cottage.decided to go for the Santini ECO Flame Gas Patio Heater Stainless Steel - Black . This was ordered with the cover on the 18/8/21 at 9.48am. Didn’t ask for next day delivery . However this was delivered the next day at 11.30 am couldn’t have been more pleased with heater and service.

Great experience when purchasing an outdoor heater. Would certainly buy from them again.

Had a minor issue with one of the parts, but it was easy to contact them, friendly customer service and replacement part sent out immediately.

we later misplaced a screw, and once again it was easy to contact them, great customer service and replacement sent free of charge next day.

Had a small problem with Shadow Heat and Beat heater, was dealt with promptly and efficiently by friendly knowledgeable staff. Would confidently recommend this company.
