It seems your last order from our company was in March 2023 which was 5 months ago, and I can't see any emails from you about the gel electrodes.
You have stated that we had changed the product which isn't correct - in fact, the TouchTens Blue Gel electrodes were discontinued by the manufacturer so you have chosen TensCare UltraStim electrodes instead.
We can only offer what the manufacturer supplies us with, so when an item is discontinued we can't do much more about it.
If you contact us within 30 days about returning an unused product we would definitely have accepted a return.

The company provides quick and effective customer service
Great customer service. Although the bulb stopped working after two days, they are sending a replacement bulb. I was quite upset with the situation and I do understand its quite dificult to evaluate situation due to the nature of the product.
Company provides great customer service and they do care about the quality products and the service they provide.
I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the customer service regarding quick response and ability to resolve issues with orders or order inquiries. Person handling my issue was polite and professional.
I recommend this company and will be buying from them in the future.
