The omron hem 9601t-e3 arrived on time and I downloaded the app. However the Bluetooth function does not work and the meter reads high. I got a colleague who is an electrical engineer to check it and he reported the same issue. I would like to post it back to you and get a refund. Goods must legally be of merchandisable quality in Australia. Thank you, Michael

Do not use Healthcare4all
Do not use Healthcare4all! I ordered a BEU-424.01 Beurer electric blanket 12/24 & when I received it found that it didn’t work. I’ve been in consistent communication with them and following their suggestions. I finally took a blanket to Best Buy and was informed I need a 250 V power converter. The voltage in the UK is not compatible with the US, which they did not tell me.I have not been able to find the correct converter online to order. Healthcare4all has not provided me the refund they said they would and they are no longer returning my emails.

The page for the Beurer HD75 clearly states that it is designed for 220-240v and is fitted with a UK 3-pin mains plug so if being operated in the USA it would need to be used with a voltage transformer.

I’ve always been able to have no issues with placing my order and receiving the delivery. If I had any problems, Branch resolved it before I said anything about it. Never regretted being a customer with Healthcare4all.

Over 2 months for delivery.
I ordered supplies on November 13 and didn’t receive them until January 19.
I asked for another shipment after a little over a month. They didn’t seem to be concerned that I was without a much test strip. I ordered a month before I needed them. I was told that the problem was with the royal mail. I wouldn’t recommend them unless you really don’t need the product in a timely manner.

Amazing company!
I’d highly recommend ordering through this company! Their customer service is quick, helpful and very professional! They were able to get me a test quickly from the UK. The test kit had everything I needed and it was easy to use! I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism! If I ever need testing again, they will be the first I go through!

I have reviewed the conversation you had with my colleague and can see that their emails were very polite and factually correct. You had ordered an incorrect item by mistake and you had asked for us to give you a discount, which our staff member was not authorised to do. You then stated we were "exploiting" you which was an unfair comment - and definitely not true.
