Easy to use , just add the water & salt and sit back and let the machine do its job , feet feel amazing after the treatment and the whole body is just relaxed . Not so good this time. I ordered once before and had no problem. I do like the product but am having a hard time finding time to use it consistently. There was an issue with my email as I was checking out. I corrected it, & finished the transaction knowing I had almost double the amount on my card. But because of the error, you put a hold on my card, and resubmitted the order, which caused the transaction to be declined. I was $1 and change short. I contacted my card company & by that time you must have removed the hold. I reached out by email, got a fast response that I would be contacted within 24 hours. So you can add 1 more ⭐️ for customer service. Thank you.
