Disappointed with customer service
When I called the company to inform them of my order being incomplete, they asked me to send a picture of what I received. So I did.
They said I was incorrect and they had definitely sent me everything, which is not true. I asked them to send me proof that they had included the spa tablets in MY order showing MY address.
They showed me a video of someone walking into their work station, moving their chair aside, pulling a cart up, and packaging the product with the tablets, placing a label on it, and putting it on a conveyor belt.
However, it did not show that the label was MY order being packaged. It was clear that this video was made right then and not during the routine daily packaging time. The label was unreadable.
I told them my package did not come in two bags, one being the spa system, and a outside bag, also contains the tablets in the video. It only came in the one packaging which was wrapped tightly and taped very well.
I felt I was being accused of lying and then I requested a return label, so I could just return the system and get my money refunded.
I had to request this twice because my first email was ignored. I then received an email stating they had sent me an email that they were going to send me the tablets.
Right now I just want a return label so I can return what I did receive and get a refund. At this point I feel they were calling me a liar, and that they only want to send the tablets now, because I am asking to return the product, which I am entitled to do so, because I am within the 90 day return time.
I had been asking since August 8th 2026, we are at the end of August.
I just want my money back, as I do not wish to do business with a company that refused to trust me when I said they accidentally did not send my complete order.
It wasn't until I wanted to return it that they claim suddenly they were going to send the tablets.
I just want my refund now, I am still waiting for a return label.
I used the machine one time and the only thing I saw it doing was removing contamination from the water, like rust, I did not notice it removing anything from myself.

Still trying to decide
I do see some discoloration in the water and stuck to the sides of the tub. The time really seems too small to get both feet and the array into comfortably. My husband can barely get his feet in.
The bottom of the tub has biking modules that are not comfortable. I am going to try the liners and see if that helps. It was suggested that I put paper towels in the bottom, but that didn’t help a whole lot.

I would have liked to have paid by PayPal, so that was disappointing. Also I cant really give a review until the item has arrived and been tested out by me. I was also disappointed to read afterwards that part of it only lasts 20 times and has to be replaced.

Will the new arrays work better?
I needed to order more arrays. However, I am very dissatisfied that the original one lasted only 8 uses. I carefully washed it and soaked it in vinegar as instructed, but it would not work again. I also measured the added salt carefully. Very expensive trial! I hope the new ones works better or I will believe you are a scam.
