Incredible sale price from the Warehouse sale and the iem's I ordered were in as perfect condition as I've ever received. One weird note though, the R/L sides were swapped on the cable. Here I was wondering why they stuck out so far from my ears and then I realized they were swapped! I was able to easily swap them back and now they fit great! This is the second open-box condition item I've ordered from Headphones.com and I have had a perfect experience both times!

It is rare in 2025 to do business with a retailer that’s this good. The deals at Headphones.com are awesome, and they’ve coordinated a couple of unique shipping requests for me. But where they really shine is after sales support. I bought a $500+ Chinese IEM that had a QC issue, let them know and they promptly sent me a return shipping label—they even said, take a screenshot of the shipping receipt and we’ll send you the new set. I live 1-2 days shipping time away and had it in 24 hours. Like, in what world does this happen? If I’d have gotten this product from Amazon or Linsoul I’d be paying for a round trip to China. So especially if you’re buying a foreign product, get it here!
