I ordered at 3pm and received the item by 11am the next morning - first class service and communication and the product was excellant quality.
It said on the website it was in stock but it wasnt. Phoned up and it sounded like a house.
HDIUK sold me a product which was already out of stock. They did, however contact me within 24 hours to notify me of this and refunded my money promptly.
