Absolute and utter garbage on HBO, found about a weeks worth of decent movies and TV shows and then crap left over. Best thing about HBO was leaving and getting the 49 weeks refunded. Don’t waste your money.

The content is OK, but their customer service is horrendous. I started my subscription September 2024 through their website (HBOMAX), but somehow I've been getting charged twice (through Roku and HBOMAX) this whole time and didn't notice until today. I called HBOMAX to dispute these charges. They gave me the run around and would not admit their on going issue with the third party (Roku). The representative kept talking over me and implying I signed up with another email or another person did. I live alone and only have one email address! She told me I had to contact Roku and try to get my money back. I will be canceling my subscription.

Way too many ads. Other streamers are not as bad. I just cannot stand HBO any longer. I will not pay money to see ads every 10 minutes. It’s infuriating. Not to mention they are so woke it’s not enjoyable to watch anything they produce.

HBO has turned into a woke joke they should stay out of politics and concentrate on entertainment. First step cancel bill maher this guy has spent the last 12 yrs talking about the same topic, Trump Trump Trump.

I would give zero starts if I could. HBO subtitles are made with AI and they suck so bad. Also I don't trust your site, since it's been so many times that suddenly all you hear is russians talking which is not even from the show you are watching.

To watch an 20minute episode of a show, I get 2 blocks of 5 ads, each 30 seconds long… so i watched 5 minutes of ads in total.

This is ridiculous and i will cancel instantly.. sticking to netflix for now

HBO are ridiculous scammers and rip-offs, brainwashing users (who paid for access) with ads. I have never seen such a pathetic business before. One Hbo will go bankrupt because of this rudeness and those who allowed it to happen will make themselves suffer. I will never trust Hbo.

The creative team for HBO tv series Dune have done a outstanding job creating the story. HBO thanks for making great content without inserting LGBTQ sexual identity politics into the script for Dune.

My subscription remains 1080p. If it weren't for Tokyo Vice and other goodies like True Detective, I would have ended the sub.

Once they migrate my sub to Max, I hope there's a resolution bump at least.

I went to cancel HBO Max today and found out I was getting charged twice every single month when I called them to ask for a refund they told me they can’t because it’s prepaid and nonrefundable despite the fact that they screwed up and we’re charging me twice every month

They need to get better at the manual settings for customer use.The volume setting is impossible to move, so I can hardly hear anything.
Antother customer said,"what is wrong with copying Netflix," and I totally agree with that. After all, it's the content that matter.
