After a total failure of our old freezer, a call to the store at 5.20 resulted in a new fridge freezer purchase and a delivery slot of the following morning. The whole team at Barnstaple branch went above and beyond to help us out.

Very happy with the service given by Woolacotts. Delivery men were polite and careful bringing the freezer inside. There was an issue on the size as differed from the website but this was rectified very quickly by the sales team. Would certainly use them again.

Used HBH Woolacotts many times before and will use again. Top people.

The range and quality of products is amazing but the people who work there take Woolacotts to a whole new level. They are knowledgeable, engaged and helpful without being pushy. As a customer you know you can ask questions and they will have the answers and will genuinely help you get the product you need.

The most recent shopping experience was 05/09/26. We were helped by a member of staff called Clayton, who could not have been more helpful, taking time to provide great advice and insight through the whole process.

Outstanding customer service

Fab service from the St Austell branch! The gent who helped me choose my new hob was brilliant and highly informative. When the first hob I bought didn’t fit, Woolacotts quickly arranged a replacement and took away my broken one. Even when the replacement had a minor, unrelated issue (through no fault of theirs!), they sorted it super quick and I now have a lovely new hob! The customer service, delivery, and fitting teams were all fantastic, highly recommend!

HBH Woolacotts are exceptional. This is my second purchase and the service from beginning to end is like something you would have experienced years ago when we had true customer service.
My freezer was delivered today and the boys that delivered were just exceptional young men. Use Woolacotts, still a family owned business and you will be glad you did. Elizabeth Ingram.

I've yet to use the product, a larder fridge, as it has to stand for 4 hours after instillation. But the shop staff were excellent and knew what they were talking about. Delivery was first rate, early and informed of the time they would arrive. I cannot find anything to fault. If the fridge doesn't work I am confident it will be sorted out by Woolacotts. If not I'll be back with an update. I don't expect to add to this!

Matt at the Barnstaple store, contacted Nespresso and was on the phone for an hour. He was so patient and helpful. He went through the troubleshooting process with them and they arranged for us to have a replacement machine the next day! Brilliant.
