Fantastic experience with a very knowledgeable and experienced agent. Making the whole process from start to finish completely seamless.
My mum is in her 70’s and likes to physically book and pay for a holiday in person. Customer agent offered reassurance and answered all questions in a very kind and professional way.

Louise Mulvey was absolutely brilliant
Louise Mulvey was absolutely brilliant. Louise asked what we were wanting from our holiday , listened , came back with all that we asked. She recommended excursions which will make our holiday even more memorable. Her service was brilliant and all was organised quickly and any questions we had she checked and answered. Highly recommend Louise and will definitely now be our go to travel organiser .
