Libby and the Team at Teesside Park were fantastic as usual. Evie was so knowledgeable and helpful and nothing was too much. We went in to finalise a holiday for this year and ended up booking our first cruise. Thank you for making the visit so effortless.

Great service when initially booking our holiday. When we went to purchase currency we were told there is a minimum spend to access a better exchange rate, we had already spent nearly 6 times this amount. I raised this query when in branch again and was told they operate two separate businesses.

We always travel with jet2 but like to come in store and book with Hayes travel. The friendly and knowledgeable service is first class and all the staff are lovely and helpful. A particular shout out to Courtney who has helped us book several trips now. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending you to friends and family xx
