Well staffed so we only had a short wait on both occasions for a member of staff to be available.
Helpful advice given one day and we went back the following day to make our booking with the same person.

It was just such a pleasant Nothing was too much trouble and Stacey went above and beyond to accommodate our needs
Everything was clearly explained and when it was necessary to call the next day Michele showed the same care and attention

Booking my holiday was very easy has always. I have been booking with Hays Travel now for a few years and my experience has also been excellent with the staff. We have just come back from our hols and had a fantastic time.
