Amazing Team with the Best Holidays
As always, the Team at Hays Travel Sittingbourne are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, and the communication is spot on. I rarely go in branch now, and liaise with them whilst at home, in the knowledge everything will be arranged without any hassle. Knowledgeable staff who gave great advice on locations and quality of the hotels we were looking at.
We were not pressed into making a hasty decision even though the branch was busy on a Sunday morning.

We became attracted to this company during the COVID pandemic because they were refunding customers with no hesitation at all where as other companies were not doing this until it was too late so we now use Hays travel for ALL our holidays.
