Staff very helpful
Both Ava and Caitlin were very helpful and another member of staff was also quite knowledgeable about the area we wanted to enquire about. All our questions were answered and we have now booked a holiday.

Charlotte was. very helpful with finding our cruise as we kept changing our minds

We went in looking for a coach trip holiday for a week and booked a far better cruise for a very similar price. Emma-Jane was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We return often because the service at Hays Romsey is so good.
