Booked several holidays with Hays
Booked several holidays with Hays. A big thankyou to everyone in the Prescot branch, we weren’t able to go on one of the holidays last year due to medical reasons, Shauny did everything she could to help us get it resolved. She took the worry away and sorted our new holiday and was able to get the amendment fee lowered. At what was a very upsetting time for us as a family, she was a great help. Thankyou to everyone in Prescot. We are now looking forward to our holiday this year :-) x

The staff are excellent
The staff are excellent. Always excellent customer service. Drinks were offered. Always take time to go through what we want and offer opinions on what we have been requesting, usually a better offer.

Your online agent was amazing
Your online agent was amazing, they bailed me out after my local store in Prescot had closed half an hour early. However they failed to tell me my order wouldn't be processed for another 4 days.
