Friendly and efficient service
Both people we dealt with on consecutive days were very helpful and pleasant. On our second visit to make the actual booking they price matched with the online price we had found. It was really good to have a real life person explaining the booking process and answering our various queries, especially as we haven't been abroad for several years.
