I cannot recommend Nicola highly enough. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to find the perfect Italian holiday for me, taking the time to understand my individual needs and mobility requirements. She was patient, caring and incredibly attentive, making sure that the holiday was right for me and that I would be able to enjoy it comfortably.

Nicola didn’t just find me a fantastic holiday — she went the extra mile to arrange my excursions and holiday transfers too. She thought about all the little details and took away so much of the stress and worry that can come with travelling when you have mobility requirements.

What I particularly appreciate about Nicola is how friendly, helpful and supportive she always is. She genuinely listens to your individual needs and never makes you feel that anything is too much trouble. She treats you as an individual and really does go above and beyond to make sure everything is right.

Nicola’s kindness, patience and dedication have made such a difference to my travel experience. I feel completely confident knowing that she is there to help, and I am so grateful for all the time and effort she has put into making my Italian holiday special.
