We were welcomed with a smile on entering. We were seen to very quickly by Aimee who took us through everything we wanted and completed our booking. This is the second time we have booked with Aimee and had excellent customer service. All the staff are pleasant and welcoming.

All staff in the Hays Travel Newton Aycliffe shop were polite and friendly. I was made welcome, and offered a coffee, while my Agent, Aimee, supported my needs with a professional and friendly manner. All necessary paperwork for my travel needs were explained very well. I would be happy to return to this particular shop for any travel needs in the future.

Great service, as ever.
Our booking was started by Aimee, and completed a couple of days later by Jude. As usual at the Aycliffe branch, all staff are friendly and professional. I wouldn't use an alternative agency.
