Being disabled makes booking a holiday very difficult most of the time & having had a bad experience with our last holiday (through a different travel agent) I was a bit anxious about trying to book another family holiday
I needn’t have worried
Jaime listened to our needs & easily found an amazing holiday for myself, husband & teenage daughter in Rhodes.
Nothing was too much trouble for her, she asked lots of questions on my behalf, double checked everything & kept us up to date every step of the way, helping us throughout the booking process, calming my nerves & reassuring me that a family holiday IS still possible.

We can’t express enough what an amazing staff member you have in Jaime (the rest of the team at the MK branch were all kind & helpful too) and we are now really looking forward to our trip in May, I’m sure it is going to be exactly what we all need

Because of this experience our plan is to make Hays our “go to” travel agent for all our future holidays from now on!

Fast, friendly service

We always use Hays Westcroft as the staff are all so friendly and happy to help

All the staff are friendly, efficient & helpful especially in this instance Jackie the Manager.

I visited the Hays travel offices in Westcroft Milton Keynes to renew my annual travel insurance. This was done with the help of Jackie in the office and I thought it was okay but Rush Insurance services had problems with doing a multi trip not including the USA and Caribbean and were quoting me a very high extra premium on top of what I had already paid. After some further calls during the week and going back to the offices again the following week I then took out two individual trip insurance policies to India and to Portugal. This was a bit frustrating' but it appears that Rush Insurance will only do a multi trip policy now if it includes the USA and Caribbean which makes it very expensive and hence I had to take out two separate policies. I would say though that Jackie and Sarah at Hays and the currency service were always very helpful, thank you. Best wishes, Roger Widdecombe

Friendly and helpful

Hays representative was friendly and listening to all our questions. It made booking our holiday so easy, especially as we wanted to go on the same date and hotel as our friends who had booked several weeks previously.

Excellent service from Jamie, she was very patient and listened to us as we weren’t sure where we wanted to go on a cruise.
All booked now and we would definitely use Hays Travel again.
