Friendly professional staff.
The best thing about our experience, were the friendly, professional staff in the Lisburn branch who have dealt with several queries over the past few weeks. Kerry had insider's knowledge about the resort we were interested in and one of the reasons we booked the holiday was because she made us feel so welcomed and relaxed.
Hays have always provided great customer service, but Kerry deserves special mention. Buen viaje amigos!

Friendly, helpful and efficient
Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. As the holiday is in 2 weeks, all the information required- along with boarding passes - was printed out and confirmed by email. Euros were purchased in-store at a competitive rate. Have used Hays for some years in both Lisburn and Forestside and have always found the staff pleasant and helpful.
