Hays Travel - Hucknall Reviews 

My friend and I went into Hays Travel yesterday to book a holiday to Cyprus but ended up going to Majorca instead we have been there before and the hotel we have stayed there before so we are very happy the service was brilliant they couldnt do enouvh for us even changed the flights for something more convenient for us we have booked holidays with them before and been very satisfied

I always feel that I get the best advice when booking with Hays, not to mention the best deals. The staff are always welcoming and ask all the right questions to make sure they advise you appropriately. The added advantage is that you have the protection of Hays's guarantee when booking a holiday - knowing that if something should happen, outside of your control, that they will take care of it for you. Which, given the turbulent world in which we live, this gives real peace of mind. So, why would you not book with Hays?

Even though our booking is so far in advance that most elements of our cruise can’t yet be confirmed, Hays took the time to fully understand what we wanted and made sure it was all booked along with really helpful suggestions to improve our holiday. Far easier in person that on a telephone call with our previous cruise booking company.

I have been in to Hays Travel Hucknall Nottingham this morning for some travel advice/assistance on our upcoming holiday to mexico. Unbelievable customer service from Adele at front desk. She has been brilliant since the day we booked with her and I can't speak highly enough of her. She deserves high praise. Thank you so much. We will always book our holidays through Hays.

My experience with Hucknall Hays Travel was brilliant . I had always done holidays online as thought was cheaper turns out it’s sometimes better to speak to travel agent. So that’s what I did ! Gemma is the Disney Queen there is nothing she doesn’t know. The whole experience was so helpful and took out the stress . She is so knowledgeable friendly and professional and will go the extra mile to find you the perfect trip. Always calls back when she says she will . She is amazing. I’d like to give Becky a shout out too as her advice about travel money was definitely appreciated. The whole team at Hucknall are amazing Thank you

Gemma is so helpful and informative. She knew exactly what would suit my needs. I was nervous being a single mother travelling alone with my child for the first time, but I felt like Gemma found me the perfect resort where I will feel safe and comfortable.
