Excellent travel agents
I was greeted by Billy a new recruit. He was very polite and made me feel he was capable of doing the job. He was joined by Fallon - again very pleasant and polite and she guided Blly as we booked some flights. I had a full list of requirements and each one was dealt with. I felt totally happy with my service. The downside was the insurers wouldn't insure me!

Nothing was too much trouble
Really helpful staff who just kept going above and beyond when I kept changing my mind about everything! They just kept saying no problem, I'll get a price. We have now booked our first family holiday outside of the UK and we couldn't have done it without their help.
