My parents went to the Scunthorpe branch and got spoke to by the manger who works at gainsbrough branch (Ashley) she helped me with discusing the place I wanted to visit and gave me some brochures she said she would help get a better deal and ring me back in a couple of days never heared anything back tried ringing and left and email no response what so ever . Then I rang again and got spoken to by a man I complained about the way she has left things and he even said no comment about her too!

I was greeted by Millie who was very pleasant and welcoming.
After a short discussion about where and when I wanted to go to in Crete she shorted out two ideal hotels.
The booking process was straight forward and a pleasant experience.
The shop had a very nice atmosphere.

We were made welcome from the second we walked in and Millie gave us all the info we needed and booked everything we needed great experience

Booked a holiday to Greece yesterday. Over the phone which I have never ever done before. It was so easy. Hannah was so helpful and I can’t recommend her enough.

Went into Hays Gainsborough the support I had from the staff member handling my booking was fantastic I went in knowing I wanted a holiday but that’s it the knowledge advice and general conversation was fantastic. Nothing was to much I kept changing my mind and it didn’t matter the staff member couldn’t have helped enough even to the point I had to leave due to other commitments and she carried on looking for deals and emailed me. In the space off the week I’ve booked two holidays and the only reason it’s not three is because the dates I requested for next year haven’t been released but I will be returning as booking a holiday in this store couldn’t be easier.
