Outstanding service from start to finish

I honestly can’t think of anyway my experience could have been improved. I’ve been totally impressed with how informative and helpful Samantha has been from enquiry to booking. She really is an asset to Hays.

Helpful review of our options

Helpful discussion with Carys about our proposed trip to Majorca. She took us through the options carefully and we were able to select the hotel and location that suited our preferences. Efficient booking process (once we had made our minds up!)

The truth is we don’t go anywhere else from the moment your walk in all the girls say hello , any questions you have they have all the answers it’s just a lovely shop to go too , Nicola is a lovely lady who looks after us she is a credit to Hays travel , we tell all our friends to go there and as always we will be going back 💖
