I booked a holiday to Costa Brava at the Falkirk branch of HAYES . Caitlin was the agent I dealt with. She was extremely helpful and very efficient.She has a lovely personality, and is very well suited to the job.She is still an apprentice but I am sure she will go far in her career as a travel agent .

Lauren M (Falkirk Branch) went above and beyond to get a cruise booked for us. She tried numerous times over a 2 hour period to book an accessible cabin on several different ships, but all accessible cabins were fully booked. Eventually she was successful and found a cruise that we were very happy with.
