Have always booked with hays since change from Tomas Cooke . booked last year to Croatia and as always never disappoint the staff are always more than helpful

As alwas the staff were friendly and welcoming especially Lorna who goes above and beyond to organise our holiday and with additional help from Fiona we booked a 2 week break in Kos

Kerry went above and beyond to get my holiday within my budget

The staff were very helpful. Advising on what areas to choose as my husband has a mobility issue. Picked our hotel near to shopping area and marina. Booked everything and I asked if it was a Seaview as hotel is on the beach and was told yes. However when we got home there was no mention of Seaview. Phoned to ask and advised it would be another 390+. So decided that wasn't worth it. We will check in with hotel when we get there. However seats booked of plane etc done for us. Overall we had nice experience in the store and would definitely recommend using the East Kilbride store to family and friends.

Staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable from start to finish booking. My next holiday was made a very good experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back there.

The Girl who dealt with us was very efficient and knew her stuff. Got us the holiday that we wanted so quickly. Her manner was so good. We we delighted with the service we got from Hays travel. We are regular customers to Hay's

Staff go above and beyond to get the best deals

The whole experience was seamless from start to finish the rep who dealt with us Taylor was very attentive and knowlegable and made us feel at ease, explained everything in detail

Fiona was exceptional. Would use Hays travel again because of her professionalism, she was very friendly and a credit to your company

and spent time to find ourselves a holiday we had visited Barrhead travel before this visit to Hays and have to say they were put to shame by Hays travel in East kilbride
