We were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The price was exactly as we expected.

Ruby was great.She listened to my requirements and challenges and met/exceeded them all !
I got the holiday I wanted and she also gave me a sweetener of a price reduction to seal the deal.
I couldn’t be happier!

The staff at Driffield were,as ever, pleasant and helpful. Victoria was patient and knowledgeable and assisted us in choosing a holiday in Cyprus which should cater for all our needs. About an hour after the booking we asked to make a room upgrade and Victoria did this without any problem.

We received a very warm welcome our holiday was thoroughly checked against various sites so we received the best possible result for the best price.
We have received our tickets and cannot wait to start our holiday

Coffee or tea was offered if we wanted and nothing was too much trouble
