Very Good Service
I had never used Hays Travel before but the holiday I wanted was with Jet2 and Tui do not book these. The agent, George was extremely polite and very helpful. he even helped me install the app on my phone. he explained everything I needed to know as I had always travelled with Tui in the past so the Jet2 experience is different.

Thoughtful advice told 'like it is'not merely emphasising the good elements of a holiday but also the not so good such as flights arriving at destinations late at night. Advisor was enthusiastic,efficient and very quick, clearly well versed with systems and offered holidays which were very much geared to our requirements. You walked out of the door, satisfied you have the best destination for the best price.
