Great service from Paul ( we have had good service form other team members too) who booked my flight to Australia. Took his time to find the best flights at a good price. Talked me through the booking and reassured me about various transfer times. Nothing was rushed and nothing was too much trouble. Very efficient and good humoured.

Last minute holiday was looking for few days book 2 seperate flights dates unclear times etc didn't suit me went into shop guy was great spent bit time looking search etc got me sorted very happy in shop guy was good helpful and on it he had some difficulty but got me sorted thankyou

Shannon was very efficient and knowledgeable, she took us through various hotels until we found one which suited our needs, pointing out some factors that helped us choose. she was extremely pleasant and helpful. Even through we were quite close to closing time when we arrived she took her time and checked reviews so we were aware of other travelers thoughts on the hotel. Great service.
