Don't deal with one way flights or pets
I called just after 9am and asked for help finding a company that transports small pets in the cabin on a one way flight. At 2pm I called back and asked to speak to the young lady I originally spoke to and she called me back after she finished lunch at 2.16 pm. She advised she had tried to call me back but there was no answer. I had no missed calls or messages which I conveyed to her but she just said they could not help as they "don't do one way flights" and "can't help with the small pet either". I did tell her about the one way flight in my first call so that could have been relayed to me when I initially called. Very poor service and communication.

Really good service
I walked in of the street to try to book a city break for my wife’s 50th. I was attended to by Jenni, who couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. She sorted everything - flights and choice of hotel with humour and efficiency. I was delighted with the service and package I was presented with. I will definitely visit again.
