Hays Travel - Berwick Reviews 

On my first and second visit I spoke with Sophie. Very friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. Also kept in touch by email but not pushy. The third visit, I asked for Sophie but Sophie wasn’t in, we booked with Tamara. Nice girl, not as warm as Sophie but not rude and most efficient. Tamara gave us some advice from her own experiences and knowledge of the place we have booked.

Summer booked our trip. She was fabulous. Summer couldn’t do enough to get me and my husband a lovely little trip away. She went above and beyond. Feel very comfortable coming into Berwick hays travel all the girls are so friendly and a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely book again.

It was just a lovely experience had a great laugh with all the staff, as I tried to confirm things with my wife over the phone in the office.

The staff member Becky listened to everything that was important for my requirements. Really tried and achieved all that made it a holiday that ticked all the boxes for us.

We booked a second holiday. Shaunie has been most helpful in getting us the perfect holiday again. All the staff are so pleasant. We use the money service in the branch too and staff made it all so easy.

The receptionist/agent was excellent and covered all options so quickly and efficiently.

Called it to get information on a last minute trip, staff could have not been any more helpful and made all the arrangements for the trip. Very helpful and friendly.

Rebecca at Berwick upon Tweed could not have been more helpful,from the minute we walked in she knew exactly what holiday we would like She explained all of the options very well and really searched for a holiday that we really wanted . She found us the exact holiday and we were over the moon. We have dealt with Rebecca on a few occasions and she has never failed to disappoint .She is an asset to Hays Travel.

The last 3 years I have dealt with Rebecca and she has listened to everything I have asked for . She always picks the right resort and hotel for me and my family . The communication I receive from the Berwick branch is always great as the rest of the staff are friendly and informative. I will always look to use hays Berwick for future breaks and always highly recommend them .
