As always Hays are the best!
As always Hays are the best!! Susan helped book our holiday and even though she was extremely busy (they were short staffed), she was as efficient as always. And friendly too (again as always!!).
Another query we had was followed up by email, which was actioned quickly and we have also booked (Susan again but not sure which one!).
Thanks to all at Hays for being such a friendly helpful travel agent. Will be back soon to look into a wee trip to a Christmas Market.....
