I had a very bad experience with Hays Travel in Bedford, the assistant manager was rude and unprofessional. I have logged a formal complaint to the regional manager already and will be putting this in writing. Hays Travel failed to inform my father of travel restrictions which meant and sold a package holiday without first checking on travel restrictions. The assistant manager was rude and unprofessional and just put down the phone on a customer, this was extremely upsetting.

Lianne (Bedford office) answered my call efficiently and patiently. I informed her of the hotel I would like to stay at. She came back to me within ten minutes and had hotel, flights and room for my requirements. Very helpful and took time with me. Best operative I have spoken to for some time. Thank you Lisnne

I'm not totally comfortable with technology, and was given time to think and get details correct: nobody rushed me.
Options were thoroughly explored and everything done efficiently, professionally but with a great sense of humour.
